Automations
Custom automation systems tailored to your business.
Custom software that takes the repetitive parts of your business and makes them invisible. Sometimes that's an AI chatbot booking appointments. Sometimes it's a script turning yesterday's bookings into today's report. Sometimes it's a quote generator that drafts itself from a handful of inputs. We pick the right tool, AI or otherwise, and wire it into your stack. You see the outcome, not the wiring.
Every project gets a fixed scope and fixed price after our discovery call.
From discovery call to handoff.
How a automations project actually runs.
Four predictable steps from start to finish.
Discover
First, we listen. We learn how the work runs today and agree on what success looks like. No code or design yet, just clarity on what we're solving.
Plan
Second, we plan. Wireframes, a written scope, and a fixed price. You sign off on the shape of the work before we build any of it.
Build
Third, we build. Iterative shipping with regular demos. You see real progress in production, not screenshots in a slide deck.
Launch
Finally, we launch. Rollout, training, and full transfer of ownership. The system is yours. Continued support is optional, never required.
Different shapes, same idea.
Automation is rarely just one thing. Here’s the shape it usually takes in the businesses we work with.
Customer chatbots
Conversational front door for your business. Books real appointments, qualifies real leads, routes the rest to your team.
Auto-shop chatbot that asks for vehicle and symptom, books a service slot, and sends the customer a confirmation. Falls back to a human for anything it isn't sure of.
Inbox & document triage
Email, voicemail, and PDF intake auto-classified, drafted, and routed. Your team approves; the system sends.
Dental clinic inbox where every email is tagged (booking, billing, insurance, spam), the AI drafts a polite reply, and the front desk just clicks send.
Smart scheduling & quoting
Suggestions trained on your real booking and pricing history. Faster offers, fewer empty slots, more bookings.
Quote tool that takes a vehicle and a service, looks at the last 200 jobs you billed for the same combo, and proposes a price + a slot in under a second.
Internal copilot
Ask plain-English questions about your business and get answers backed by your own data, not the public internet.
"How many oil changes did we do last week, and what was average revenue per ticket?" answered in plain text plus a chart, in under three seconds.
Triggered workflows
Event-driven actions. A new booking fires the invoice, the reminder, the report, and the integration update.
When a job closes in your work-order system: invoice gets generated, customer gets a thank-you with a review link, and the daily revenue report updates automatically.

Common questions
- Q · 01
How do you handle our data when AI is involved?
We use AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others) that don't train on your data by default and offer zero-retention modes for sensitive workloads. For regulated or compliance-heavy work, we can run open-source models on infrastructure you control. Either way, the data contract is written down, scoped to the work, and yours to review.
- Q · 02
Will AI replace my team?
No. Every AI automation we build has a human review loop. The AI drafts the response, suggests the booking, extracts the data. A real person on your team approves it. The point is to remove the busywork, not the judgment.
- Q · 03
How long does a typical project take?
Most services ship fast. Static websites can go live in as few as 3 days. Individual services like a custom dashboard, scheduling system, internal tool, or mobile app typically ship from 2 weeks. Workflow automations start at 1 week. Multi-product systems that combine several services run longer, scoped during the discovery call. You see working software in the first week of any engagement.
- Q · 04
Who owns the code?
You do. Source code, designs, infrastructure access. All transferred to your accounts and your control by the end of the engagement. There is no vendor lock-in by default.
