It depends entirely on what we're building. Static websites start at $300 for simple sites and scale up for richer marketing builds. Focused custom builds (one product, one core flow) typically run $5,000 to $15,000. Full multi-product systems like a dashboard, scheduling, and mobile app run $25,000 to $75,000 and up. We invoice in USD or EUR depending on your region. Every project gets a fixed scope and fixed price after our discovery call. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

How long does a typical project take?

Most services ship fast. Static websites can go live in as few as 3 days. Individual services like a custom dashboard, scheduling system, internal tool, or mobile app typically ship from 2 weeks. Workflow automations start at 1 week. Multi-product systems that combine several services run longer, scoped during the discovery call. You see working software in the first week of any engagement.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance and hosting?

Yes. Every project can roll into a Maintenance & hosting retainer after launch. That includes managed hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, security patches, and a monthly budget for small improvements. What does maintenance cost?

Retainers start around $100 a month and scale with the system's surface area and your team's pace of change. Available in USD or EUR. We size the retainer to fit the system, so you don't pay for capacity you won't use.

Do you offer a retainer for websites?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Any website we ship can include an optional retainer at $125 a month. That covers managed hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, and up to 5 small edits per month (copy changes, image swaps, link updates, content tweaks). Anything bigger than a small edit gets scoped and quoted separately, so you're never surprised by a bill. The retainer can start at launch or be added later.

Do you offer discovery sprints or paid consultations?

Yes. For ambiguous projects we run a one or two week paid discovery sprint that ends with a written scope, technical plan, and fixed price for the build. If you decide not to move forward, you keep the document and the recommendations.

Will my project be coded from scratch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every system we build is custom-coded for the business that runs it. We don't resell SaaS, we don't deliver no-code templates, and we don't rebrand a generic platform. Your codebase is yours from line one.

Who actually does the work?

The people you talk to. Vysok is intentionally a small studio. No account managers, no offshore handoff, no telephone game. The engineers and designers writing the code are the same people on your weekly calls.

What's your tech stack?

Modern, widely-supported, easy to hire for: TypeScript, React, and Next.js on the web. React Native, Swift, and Kotlin on mobile. Node and Postgres on the backend. We make choices based on what will still be supportable in five years, not what's trending this quarter.

Can you take over a system we already have?

Often, yes. We do a paid technical audit first to review the code, the architecture, and the team's pain points. We come back with a clear recommendation on whether to extend, refactor, or rebuild. Sometimes the honest answer is to keep what you have. We'll say that if it's true.

Who owns the code?

You do. Source code, designs, infrastructure access. All transferred to your accounts and your control by the end of the engagement. There is no vendor lock-in by default.

How do you handle our data when AI is involved?

We use AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others) that don't train on your data by default and offer zero-retention modes for sensitive workloads. For regulated or compliance-heavy work, we can run open-source models on infrastructure you control. Either way, the data contract is written down, scoped to the work, and yours to review.

Will AI replace my team?

No. Every AI automation we build has a human review loop. The AI drafts the response, suggests the booking, extracts the data. A real person on your team approves it. The point is to remove the busywork, not the judgment.

What's the difference between the SEO included with a website and the SEO service?

Every Vysok website ships with the technical SEO baseline: clean URLs, structured data, fast load times, real metadata, and local business schema. That's the foundation. The SEO service is everything on top: keyword research, content strategy, Google Business Profile, backlink building, and ongoing monthly optimization based on what's actually ranking. The website gives search engines a great-looking front door. The SEO service brings traffic through it.

How long does SEO take to work?

Local SEO results typically show up in 2 to 3 months. Broader keyword rankings take 6 months or more of consistent work. Anyone promising instant SEO results is selling something other than SEO. We set realistic expectations and report on actual progress monthly, so you can see whether the work is moving the needle.

Do you guarantee SEO rankings?

No, and you should be skeptical of any agency that does. Google's algorithm changes constantly, and rankings depend on factors outside any agency's control: your competitors, the intent behind search queries, your existing site authority. What we guarantee is the work itself: keyword research, technical fixes, content, citations, and monitoring. Consistent SEO work produces real results over time. We measure and report on those results monthly so you can see what's actually moving.

No. Design is part of every Vysok engagement: research, wireframes, and production-ready UI. If you already have designs, even better; we'll review and pick up from there.

What if I need to change scope mid-project?

We expect to. Two-week cycles mean course corrections are cheap. Small changes inside the existing scope are absorbed; bigger pivots get re-scoped and re-priced openly. Nothing happens in the dark.
