    What if I need to change scope mid-project?

    We expect to. Two-week cycles mean course corrections are cheap. Small changes inside the existing scope are absorbed; bigger pivots get re-scoped and re-priced openly. Nothing happens in the dark.

    Do you offer discovery sprints or paid consultations?

    Yes. For ambiguous projects we run a one or two week paid discovery sprint that ends with a written scope, technical plan, and fixed price for the build. If you decide not to move forward, you keep the document and the recommendations.

    Can you take over a system we already have?

    Often, yes. We do a paid technical audit first to review the code, the architecture, and the team's pain points. We come back with a clear recommendation on whether to extend, refactor, or rebuild. Sometimes the honest answer is to keep what you have. We'll say that if it's true.
